Leading operator looks to improve compliance and enhance customer service with advanced automation in identifying vulnerable customers

Lottoland selected DoTrust Complete after a detailed period of due diligence and evaluation. Lottoland joins other major brands in exploring the potential to drive significant operational and compliance benefits from bringing together the full spectrum of financial risk assessments in one place.

In addition, Lottoland will integrate DoTrust Complete’s newly released automation features which anticipate the regulatory changes recently confirmed by the Gambling Commission for a rollout this summer. These changes are likely to require operators to undertake frictionless financial risk assessments on customers triggered by certain spend levels, and then to act on the findings. DoTrust’s automation tools allow these assessments to be run in real time and provide actionable insights at scale.
